How does FaceAura work?
FaceAura uses AI to transform your selfie photos into professional portrait photographs. Simply upload 1–3 selfies, choose a style, and our AI generates a high-quality portrait in seconds.
What happens to my photos?
Your selfie photos are securely uploaded and sent to our AI service provider for portrait generation. Photos are used solely for image generation and are not retained by the AI provider after processing. You can delete your selfies and generated portraits at any time from within the app.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or change your subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app by going to Profile > Account Management > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data, including portraits, selfies, profile information, and credits.
I didn’t receive my generated portrait
Portrait generation typically takes 15–60 seconds. If your portrait hasn’t appeared after a few minutes, try returning to the home screen and checking your history. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] and include your account email so we can investigate.
Can I get a refund?
Since subscriptions and credit purchases are processed through the App Store, refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. If you believe there was an error with your purchase, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
